ORDINANCE 2nd READING – PUBLIC HEARING

ORDINANCE 17- 2009

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE REVISED GENERAL ORDINANCES OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD BY AMENDING MUNICIPAL FEES CHAPTER 91 SECTION 7 BY ADDING “ELECTRONIC COPY OF TAX RECORDS”.

2009-156 Mayor and Council authorize the cancellation of taxes on the 2004 arrears account for Block 104, Lot 2 C0403 to be uncollectible in the amount of $657.62.

2009-157 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to enter into a shared service agreement with MCUA for the purpose of fixing disposal fees for solid waste generated by the borough pursuant to the attached contract for the years 2010, 2011 and 2012.

2009-158 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to enter into a shared service agreement with Middlesex County for the purpose of establishing procedures for emergency responses and payment of costs when emergency HAZMAT response is required within the Borough pursuant to the attached contract for the years 2010, 2011 and 2012.

2009-159 Change Order final payment for Mundy Avenue Park in the amount of $56,952.23 subject to posting of a one year maintenance bond in the amount of $49,363.62.
