RESOLUTIONS - UNDER CONSENT AGENDA
Copies of the resolutions under consent agenda are available for perusal only on the table.  Anyone desiring a copy may contact the Clerk after the meeting.

2015-166    Third Party Tax redemption for property known as Block 25.1, Lot 19 tax certificate #15-00006 in the amount of $278.61, said amount being all water/sewer charges, interest and costs due to Public Tax Investments, LLC.    

2015-167    Third Party Tax redemption for property known as Block 85.20, Lot 1 tax certificate #14-00008 in the amount of $35,678.77, said amount being all taxes, premiums and interest and costs due to US Bank Cust/BV001 Trust.
2015-168    Immaculate Conception Church request the bond release of $500.00 which was placed for the Feast of St. Francis Assisi & Fall Festival in October 2 & 3, 2015.  The Health Department inspection and the property was found to be restored to their prior condition.

2015- 169    Borough Council accept the bid of $167969.28 for the project, Water System Interconnection opened and read on October 8, 2015 and the lowest most responsible bidder was Interstate Contracting & Excavating, LLC as recommended by CME Associates on 10/19/15 and Borough Attorney on 10/21/15.

2015-170    A resolution requesting permission for the dedication by rider for the Borough tree fund required by NJSA 40A:4-49.

2015-171    Borough Council ratify and approve the Side Bar Agreement to the UFCW Collective Negotiations Agreement by addition of a PT Communications Operator for the years 2015 and 2016 at a salary of $16.00 per hour.

2015-172    Professional Service agreement for CME Associates to provide professional engineering services for Construction Administration in the amount of $17,540.00, for improvements to Manalapan Road, Marlboro Road and Red Bank Road Sewage pump stations (water/sewer utility improvements).

2015-173    Borough Council authorize the CFO to draw checks for the firefighters for clothing allowance for the year 2015.

2015-174    Borough Council authorize the Finance Officer of Utility Revenue to make credit adjustments to certain consumers of water and sewer utility.

2015-175    Borough Council authorize the approval of donations from the Recreation Commission 5K profits to the Golf Club Program of Spotswood High School in the amount of $1,057.00 and the Girls Softball Program in the amount of $453.00 and authorize the CFO to prepare the payment of these donations.

2015-176    Resolution of the Borough Council of the Borough of Spotswood to provide for the transfer of year 2015 budget appropriations in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 40A:4-58.

2015-177    Mayor and Council authorize the Business Administrator to execute all necessary documents related to the implementation of the Web Inquiry and Payment Program provided by Edmunds and Associates with credit card and check processing on-line at an annual cost of $1,200.00.

2015-178     Borough Council authorize the Mayor and Borough Clerk to enter into a renewal  of a shared service agreement with MCUA for the purpose of fixing disposal fees for solid waste generated by the borough pursuant to contract.

2015-179    Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to sign the 2015 Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over Year End Holiday Crackdown Statewide Impaired Driving Enforcement Campaign Grant for the period of December 11, 2015 thru January 1, 2016.

2015-180    Resolution authorizing the emergency purchase to provide for replacement of the HVAC System at the Police Department & Senior Center.

2015-181    Payment of Bills
APPLICATIONS -Daniel Lucido wishes to become a member of the Spotswood Hook and Ladder Volunteer Fire Department.
