ORDINANCE 2008-17
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 229 AND SECTION 230 OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD CONSOLIDATING MUNICIPAL PLANNING AND ZONING POWERS IN THE SPOTSWOOD PLANNING BOARD AND EXPANDING THE ALTERNATE MEMBERSHIP THEREOF

2008-185 Tax overpayment for property known as Block 82, Lot 3 in the amount of $1739.53 to Countrywide Home Loans due to the sale of the property.
2008-186 Borough Council by advice and consent authorize the Mayor to appoint Barbara Petren as Tax Collector for the Borough for a period of four years retro back to October 13, 2008.
2008-187 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to prepare and sign the Middlesex County Bicycle-Pedestrian Grant application.
2008-188 Tax overpayment for property known as Block 111.5 Lot 9 in the amount of $1795.52 to homeowner. Said overpayment was due to a duplicate payment.
2008-189 Release of performance bond as recommended by CME Associates to Brothers Investment LLC for improvements for Outcalt Avenue subject to Brothers Investment LLC posting a 2 year maintenance bond and payment of all outstanding fees.
2008-190 Interlocal agreement between the Spotswood Board of Education and the Borough of Spotswood for the purpose of shared technology services for a term of 4 years from effective date and Council authorize the appropriate officials to execute said Interlocal.
2008-191 Appropriation transfers within the 2008 budget during the last two months of the year.
2008-192 Approval of snow removal backup contractor for the Borough of Spotswood from December 1, 2008 thru April 1, 2009.
