ORDINANCE 2008-18

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 2-5 OF THE CODE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD.

RESOLUTIONS - UNDER CONSENT AGENDA

2008-193: Borough Council authorize the Chief of Police and Business Administrator to execute a 60 month lease agreement with Xerox Corporation for a Xerox WordCentre 7335P copier.

2008-194: Borough Council authorize the CFO to refund tax overpayment for property known as Block 1.88 Lot 3 in the amount of $1272.60 to Washington Mutual due to a duplicate payment.

2008-195: Borough Council authorize the CFO to draw checks for firefighters for clothing allowance for the year 2008.

2008-196: Resolution authorizing the combination of several bond ordinances for various general improvements and water and sewer utility purposes and authorizing the combined sale and issuance of bond anticipation notes, in an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,460,000 of the Borough of Spotswood, in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey.

2008-197: Refund of escrow for Zoning Board Application of $150.00 for property known as Block 85.5, Lot 7 for a variance successfully granted by the Zoning Board.
