RESOLUTIONS - UNDER CONSENT AGENDA

2007-174 Chapter 159 - special items anticipated with prior written consent - public & private revenues offset with appropriations for County of Middlesex-Community Development Block Grant - Safe Housing Program in the amount of $35,900.00.
2007-175 Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to complete and submit the appropriate Middlesex County Sustainable Economic Growth Improvement Fund application on behalf of the Borough for the upgrade to the DPW facility.
2007-176 Borough Council authorize the Tax Collector to refund $131.50 to Wells Fargo Real Estate Tax Service, LLC for tax over payment for property known as Block 10.3, Lot 57. Said tax over payment due to double payment, one made by homeowner and the other by Wells Fargo Real Estate Tax Service, LLC.
2007-177 Borough Council authorize the Tax Collector to refund $11,426.70 to Countrywide Tax Service for tax over payment for property known as Block 79, Lot 14. Said tax over payment due to double payment, one made by homeowner and the other by Countrywide Tax Service.
2007-178 Borough Council authorize the Tax Collector to refund $1,506.40 to First American Real Estate Tax Service for tax over payment for property known as Block 79, Lot 14. Said tax over payment due to double payment, one made by Countrywide Tax Service and the other by First American.
2007-179 Resolution authorizing the combination of several bond ordinances for various general improvements and water and sewer utility purposes and authorizing the combined sale and issuance of bond anticipation notes, in an aggregate amount not to exceed $950,000 of the Borough of Spotswood, in the County of Middlesex, New Jersey.
2007-180 Borough Council authorize the rejection of bid from Communications/Mobile Vision Inc for In-Car Digital Video Recording System, since it contains a material departure from the bid requirements and the Borough Clerk be authorized to re-advertise for bids for Panasonic rugged Notebook and In-Car Digital Video Recording System.
2007-181 Payment of bills.
