AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING THE SALARY ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD ENTITLED "AN AMENDMENT TO AN ORDINANCE FIXING AND ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES AND WAGES OF CERTAIN EMPLOYEES OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY."

AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD, COUNTY OF MIDDLESEX, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AMENDING CHAPTER 2, ADMINISTRATION OF GOVERNMENT, ARTICLE X, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SAFETY, AMENDING SECTION 2-65, MUNICIPAL AMBULANCE DIVISION, THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PLAN
RESOLUTIONS UNDER CONSENT AGENDA

2017-170    3RD Party Redemption  of Tax Sale Certificate #14-00007 for property known as Block 85.8, Lot 14.

2017-171    Tax refund for property known as Block 44, Lot 9 in the amount of $2,655.24.

2017-172    Chapter 159 for grant received for 2017 Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over Year End Holiday Crackdown in the amount of $5,500.00.

2017-173    Resolution amending resolution 2017-167 award of contract for Municipal Building HVAC in the amount of $289,000 adding alternate #1 in the bided contract of $26,000 for work to be done at the OOA bringing contract to $315,000.

2017-174    Resolution of the Governing Body of the Borough of Spotswood for approving application with the USDA Rural Development Community Facilities Loan/Grant Program for the financing of the water distribution system and infrastructure improvements  known as the Cottage Streets in the Borough.

2017-175    Mayor and Council authorize Gerard Stankiewicz Borough Auditor to provide services in connection with the USDA Rural Development Community Facilities Loan/Grant Program for the financing of the Water Distribution System and Infrastructure Improvements (Cottage Streets area) at a cost not to exceed $9,000.00.

2017-176    Mayor and Council authorize Patrick J. Diegnan, Jr., Borough Attorney to provide services in connection with the USDA Rural Development Community Facilities Loan/Grant Program for the financing of the Water Distribution System and Infrastructure Improvements (Cottage Streets area) at a cost not to exceed $5,000.00.

2017-177    Mayor and Council authorize Meghan Bennett Clark, Bond Counsel to provide services in connection with the USDA Rural Development Community Facilities Loan/Grant Program for the financing of the Water Distribution System and Infrastructure Improvements (Cottage Streets area) at a cost not to exceed $12,000.00.

2017-178     Payment of Bills.
