RESOLUTIONS UNDER CONSENT AGENDA 

Copies of the resolutions under consent agenda are available for perusal only on the table.  Anyone desiring a copy may contact the Clerk after the meeting.

2016-173    Resolution requesting refund for overpayment of EMS.  Authorize CFO to refund Department of Veteran Affairs Health Administration in the amount of $593.21.

2016-174    Authorize extension of contract with J. Fletcher Craemer for Public Works Functions and Emergency Utility Maintenance Repairs for last one year extension.

2016-175    Award contract for custodial services for the Municipal Building to Complete Care Maintenance as they were the most responsible low quote provided for this service.

2016-176    Borough Council authorize the final close out change order request of  BR Welding, Inc. for project known as Sewage Pump Station Improvements Manalapan Road, Marlboro Road and Red Bank Road.  Payment in amount of $7,783.95 with the stipulation of contractor posting a one year maintenance bond.

2016-177    Borough Council authorize the final close out change order request of  Black Rock Enterprises, Inc. for project known as Improvements to Madie Ave., A portion of Richmond Ave., DPW Yard Improvements & Drainage repairs to Karen St..  Payment in amount of $92,325.63 with the stipulation of contractor posting a one year maintenance bond.

2016-178    Borough Council authorize pay estimate No. 5 to B&H Contracting, Inc. for work performed from October 1 thru October 31, 2016 for project known as Daniel Road Water Treatment Plant Upgrades.  Payment in the amount of $6836.39 providing required certified payroll records and project manning reports are received for this time period.

2016-179    Mayor and Borough Council authorized the reappointment of Christine Auciello as Deputy Registrar of Vital Statistics for a three year period.

2016-180    Borough Council authorized the appointment of Robert Wilson as Building Sub-Code Official for a term of four (4) years commencing December 2020, for a salary of $7600.00 yearly.

2016-181    Borough Council authorize the appointment of Gerald R. High as Electrical Inspector, per diem for an hourly rate of $25.00 until which time in February 2017 may be upgraded to Electrical Sub-Code Official when he receives his provisional Electrical Sub-Code License and will be a four (4) year appointment with a  salary of $7300.00 per year.

2016-182    Borough Council authorize final pay estimate No. 4 and close out change order No. 2to Black rock Enterprises, Inc.  for project known as Improvements to Wyoming Avenue - Phase II in the amount of $13,191.44  subject to  them posting a one year maintenance bond.

2016-183    Borough Council wish to extend a contract with SBE, LLC our Third Party Billing & Collection Services for EMS, on a month to month basis commencing January 1, 2017.  There will be no changes to fee rate during this time period.

2016-184    Resolution providing for the insertion of any special item of revenue in the budget of a municipality pursuant to NJSA 40A:4-87 (Chapter 159) for the provision of accepting a grant in the amount of $5,000 for year-end holiday crackdown  2016 drive sober or get pulled over.

2016-185    Borough Council authorized the appropriate officials to execute an agreement between Borough of Spotswood and Robert Wood Johnson Barnabas Health/Hospital for the services of Advanced Life Support Services "ALS".

2016-186    Payment of Bills
