PUBLIC HEARING ON THE RENEWAL OF HOMETOWN AMERICA,   MOBILE HOME PARK LICENSE FOR 2018
The appropriate officials of the Borough, Patrick Diegnan, Borough Attorney, County Board of Health, Spotswood Planning Board and Building Inspector and Fire Marshall, Police Department have received the application with the Borough's Ordinance and have set forth no objection to the Mobile Home Park renewal of License.  (A resolution will be on the consent agenda)

2017-179    Approval of 2018 Schedule of Council Meetings.

2017-180    Third Party redemption of Tax Sale Certificate #16-00009 in the amount of $13,493.16 for property known as Block 104, lot 2.

2017-181    Borough Tax Collector, Utility Collector and Chief Financial Officer authorized to cancel all balances less than $10.00.

2017-182    Borough Council authorize Chief Zarro to appoint two substitute crossing guards.

2017-183    Borough Council authorize the award of Hometown America,   LLC, Mobile Home Park license renewal for 2018.

2017-184    Borough Council approve the close-out, final payment to JG Drywall in the amount of $12,224.68 with the condition of JG Drywall provide a one year Maintenance Bond.

2017-185    Resolution of the Borough Council directing the CFO to provide for the transfer of year 2017 budget appropriations.

2017-186    Award of contract for 2018 Water/Sewer and utility Emergency Maintenance Contract in accordance with specification approved in the RFP to B&W Construction Co. of NJ.

2017-187    Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to enter into and execute a contract with Hart Halsey LLC dba Extra Duty Solutions for the purpose of managing and scheduling outside billing and collection for the Spotswood Police Department.

2017-188    Borough Council authorize the Utility Collector to make adjustment on the sewer portion of the bill for account 10088340-0 in the amount of $97.36.

2017-189    Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to enter into a shared service agreement with the Spotswood Board of Education for the purpose of an S.R.O. agreement commencing July 1, 2017 thru June 30, 2018.

2017-190    Borough Council authorize the appropriate officials to enter into a shared service agreement with the Spotswood Board of Education for the purpose of an IT agreement commencing July 1, 2017 thru June 30, 2018.

2017-191    A resolution awarding contract and authorizing participation in the E-procurement pilot program (government energy aggregation program).

2017-192    Payment of Bills.

PROCLAMATION  - Commendation of Mr. Mike Daley, off duty firefighter assisting a Shop Rite Shopper.
