Learning Express is a fee-based service for job hunters, but the Spotswood Public Library
is getting their services for free through June 2013.
This is part of the BTOP (Broadband Technology Opportunity Program) grant,
as funded by the Federal Government,
and obtained through a partnership with the NJ State Library and the Gates Foundation.
