Yoga at the Library!
Classes are held on Tuesdays and alternate between Tuesday
mornings at 9, and Tuesday evenings at 7.
Participants are urged to wear comfortable clothing;
sweats are recommended.
Also, it is advisable to bring a large towel or an exercise mat.
The sessions run without registration; however, space is limited.
Priority will be given to Spotswood Library cardholders.
Recommended for adults 18 and older.
All sessions will take place when the library is closed
(no library materials can be checked out).
