Led by Connie Pfeil, professionally trained at Boston University, this class focuses on the movements
necessary to live your life to the fullest and independently.  Done to music, and using Therabands, the
exercises will promote flexibility, as well as building bone and muscle strengthening needed for sitting properly, getting up and preventing falls.  Along with all of these positive benefits these exercises also have mild cardio vascular benefits as well.  Come give it a try and show us what you can do!!!!
