WHY & HOW: On Thursday, 8/24/06, at approximately 0256 hours, Ptl. Pfeiffer observed a tan colored Mitsubishi Gallant traveling south on Summerhill Road with both driver side tires over the double yellow lines. Said vehicle then made an abrupt left turn onto Bank Drive, nearly causing a collision with a S.U.V. A motor vehicle stop was initiated, and the subsequent investigation found the driver to be under the influence of alcohol.

Driver was found to be under the influence of drugs and in possession of a glass pipe. Subject was arrested and later released pending Court.

After being placed under arrest, the subject became disorderly and interfered with processing while at Spotswood Headquarters. A court date has been scheduled in the Spotswood Municipal Court for 12/7/06 at 6 PM.
