   WHEREAS, Olivia Fantelli was born to Louis and Maddelina Fantelli on March 13, 1915 in Loretto, Michigan. Her family moved to New Jersey in 1919 and she has been a resident of Clearwater Village since 1990; and

    WHEREAS, Livia (as she is known by all her friends) graduated from Saint Peter's High School in New Brunswick, New Jersey in 1933. After graduating, she worked as a skilled seamstress for over forty years until retiring in 1980: and
   
    WHEREAS, Livia is an active member of the Spotswood Senior Center, making items for its craft sales and participating in many other activities. She has also donated her time making items for several churches in our community.  At the beginning of Spotswood's 100th Anniversary Celebrations Livia was named as one of the oldest living residents in the Borough; and

    WHEREAS, on this day, March 11, 2010, we are gathered here to pay tribute and honor to Olivia Fantelli in celebrating her 95th birthday.

    NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PROCLAIMED, that I, Thomas W. Barlow, Mayor of the Borough of Spotswood, do hereby tender to Olivia Fantelli, this Proclamation of Public Recognition, extending her sincere best wishes on the occasion of her 95th Birthday. Further, we wish her much health and happiness in all her future endeavors.
