APPEALS:

Taxpayers may file an appeal if they want to dispute the assessed value of their property.
Appeals must be filed after January 1st and on or before April 1st of the current year
with the Middlesex County Tax Board.
Appeals for added or omitted assessments must be filed by December 1st of the current year.

Taxpayers are suggested to meet with the Borough Tax Assessor on Wednesday evenings
between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm to review your property assessment card prior to appeal
or call 732-251-0700 ext. 835 during those hours.
