Spotswood Rec and Spotswood PTA join together to provide a fun and safe way to celebrate on Halloween night.
Residents are invited to decorate their cars and join us in the parking lot at Spotswood High School to give out candy to the children. There is also a pizza party and DJ inside to add to the fun! Prizes are awarded for best costumes and best decorated trunks.
