NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Notice is hereby given that The Borough of Spotswood is soliciting Request for Proposals, through a competitive, fair and open process for qualifications and proposals for the 2026 Professional Services, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44a-20.4 et seq., for the following:

APPRAISER, BANKRUPTCY ATTORNEY, BOND COUNSEL, BOROUGH ATTORNEY, AUDITOR, BOROUGH ENGINEER, PLANNER, PROSECUTOR, AFFORDABLE HOUSING AGENT, LABOR ATTORNEY, PUBLIC DEFENDER, FINANCIAL ADVISOR / FINANCIAL CONSULTANT, SEWER OPERATOR, ARCHITECT, SPECIAL LITIGATION COUNSEL, TAX ATTORNEY, WATER OPERATOR, PLANNING BOARD ATTORNEY, PLANNING BOARD ENGINEER, PLANNING BOARD PLANNER, REDEVELOPMENT ENGINEER, REDEVELOPMENT APPRAISER, REDEVELOPMENT AUDITOR, REDEVELOPMENT ATTORNEY, REDEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEER, REDEVELOPMENT, AND

SPECIAL COUNSEL

At a minimum, all submissions shall include hourly rates/fees, resumes of any / all individuals who will be involved with the Borough, all required legal documentation and proof of Insurance.

All proposers must comply with N.J.S.A. 10:5-31; N.J.S.A.10:6-31 et seq; N.J.A.C 17:27 as well as Borough of Spotswood’s Code. Proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44a-20.4 et seq. Submissions shall be received by 12:00 Noon on December 3, 2025 at RFQ@spotswoodboro.com. If applying for more than one category, you must submit separate packages for EACH position, which must be clearly labeled.
