BOROUGH OF SPOTSWOOD

PUBLIC NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Borough of Spotswood will hold a Public Hearing on

Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. in the

Borough of Spotswood Court Room, 77 Summerhill Road, Spotswood, NJ 08884.

The purpose of this hearing is to consider and receive public comment regarding the following matter:

RG Spotswood Urban Renewal LLC – Notice of Contemplated Transfer

The subject property consists of:

Portion of Lot 1 in Block 88888, and

Lots 4 and 5 in Block 101

(formerly known as Block 98, Lot 2; Block 99, Lot 2; and Block 101, Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6)

located within the Borough of Spotswood (the “Property”).

RG Spotswood Urban Renewal LLC (“RG”) has provided notice of its intent to transfer

fee ownership of the Property to an urban renewal entity affiliated with, or controlled

by, Nuveen Real Estate. The proposed sale transaction is anticipated to close in late November 2025.
